Saf-T-VANISH #25
Saf-T-VANISH #25 is GREEN FLUID TECHNOLOGY using ingredients derived from renewable resources. It is formulated to replace vanishing oils made with petroleum solvents. Saf-T-VANISH #25 is a VOC free synthetic that will evaporate faster than most solvent based products. After evaporation parts are typically clean enough for packaging, assembly, or painting. Saf-T-VANISH #25 has a light pleasant odor, is nonflammable, and does not contain any hazardous air pollutants (HAPs). It provides very good lubricity without the use of chlorine, sulfur, or phosphorus chemical extreme pressure additives and provides a negligible amount of residue. Saf-T-VANISH #25 will not give off hazardous fumes during high temperature secondary operations.

Usage
Saf-T-VANISH #25 should be used as supplied. It can be applied by airless spray, spray mist, drip, or roll coater. Saf-T-VANISH #25 is all metal safe and provides excellent corrosion protection. Saf-T-VANISH #25 conforms with 21CFR178.3910 of the Food And Drug Administration, Department of Health and Human Services; wherein certain substances may be used as surface lubricants on metal that may have food contact, provided the residual does not exceed 0.015 milligrams per square inch. The optimal storage temperature is between 40º and 90º F.
